Have you heard of  Shadow Man? If not then be ready for the the thrill. For the many people shadow  man is really a frightful entity.

Many times you have the feeling like someone is with you even you are alone and you saw shadow in your peripheral vision but as soon as you turn your head you found that "Ohhhh!! it gone, What Happen? I saw some something but now its gone". I know this feeling  it's very scary.....

People who saw Shadow People described that they don't have eyes and mouth, they are like some dark black human shaped entities.

Shadow man is connected with "SLEEP PARALYSIS."

Shadow people also appeared during sleep paralysis but only difference is that you lose your control over your body and in the end you left with only fearsome memory.

Sleep Paralysis is phenomenon in which you get stuck in between waking and sleeping process.You wake up but you are unable to move your hand and legs.Also you try to speak but you felt like your mouth is sealed.Sleep paralysis  is like your body is trapped in some type of force.

Many people had described  incidents in which they saw Shadow Man during sleep paralysis. 
And some people felt that these entities are sitting on the chest and sometime whispering something to them or sometimes sucking sound like  they are sucking you energy but many times these entities are only constantly watching the person.

Some people consider shadow people as protector, some believe they are sign of bad omen.

Here are some theories about Shadow People

1)Ghosts and Demons

Some people believe that these entities are ghost as their appearance is much like ghost but only difference is that they have human like figure.Moreover unlike ghosts these entities don't have face they are like dark-mysterious vapor.While ghost in some features are different from shadow people.

Shadow people are also considered as demons . As among shadow people "Hat Man" is very frightful and whenever it appear something bad is going to happen.According to who see him, the Hat Man appears as a completely dark figure like other Shadow People but it wears a hat.Like the others Hat Man's face is indistinguishable but many who claimed that he has Glowing Red Eyes.Beside this Hat Man carries a gold watch attached by a chain to his belt.
Many people reported dark look and evil feelings associated with these creatures which led to possibility that they may be demonic in nature.Although some claimed that the Hat Man has attacked them.People claimed to attacked by Hat Man experienced burning in their chest.

In many cases,the Hat Man seems to be hanging around areas where there are negative emotions taking place.Some believe the Hat Man is a demon sent to  bring those who are about to die to Hell.
Hat man can be demon who enjoys or feed on others negative emotions like angry,fear,etc.

2) Interdimensional Beings

Shadow People can be interdimensional being visiting humans from another dimension and only partially visible since these people are on different vibration than we are , everything has unique vibrations in universe.And inhabitants of these dimensional may have found a way to do interdimensional travel.Some theorists say that dimensions exist parallel and are very close to our own,but invisible as difference in vibrations.It can be possible that our consciousness (like receiver or antenna) catch the glimpse of someone from another dimension or something traveling between planes or dimensions.It's like you are tuning your radio to specific frequency.But in our case due some glitch you might catch the frequency of other dimension.

3)Astral Bodies

One theory can be possible that shadow people are the people who are having "Out of The Body Experience" AKA Astral Projection.It happen when person consciousness leaves their body knowingly or unknowingly.With some people this often occurs during sleep and they think that they are having genuine dream.Some believes that when we see shadow we may actually watching other person in their astral form on the astral plane.



So which one is true? I think there is no way to prove or disprove any of above theories about Mysterious Shadow Man.Presently science also can't give robust proof about the mysteries.
I think these Shadow people can be ghost or demons  or it can be Astral Projection or a new doorway to interdimensional travel... or perhaps just Shadows.We don't know what it can be we only put together what it might be.....
